Puppy Wellness Package

Everything your puppy needs in convenient, flat-fee visits! 

Just as with people, the first year of a puppy's life requires multiple visits to the doctor. The goal is to monitor proper growth, detect any congenital issues, establish proper immunity, eliminate parasites, and assure that you have a well-behaved family member.

In order to make this important first step more affordable for you, we have created our Puppy Wellness Package.  It allows you to spread out the cost of your puppy's wellness care into 3 equally priced visits. The services included in each visit are outlined below.

Puppy Package Services and Schedule:

8-12 Weeks of Age

Puppy Progress Examination - assess vital body systems & development
Deworming for roundworms and hookworms
Vaccine: DHPP #1(Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo/Parainfluenza)
Vaccine: Bordetella (kennel cough)
Nail Trim
Start heartworm prevention - single dose

11-14 Weeks of Age

Puppy Progress Examination
Deworming for roundworms and hookworms
Vaccine: DHLPP #2 (Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo/Parainfluenza/Lepto)
Nail Trim
Continue Heartworm Prevention,  single dose

15-18 Weeks of Age

Puppy Progress Examination
Fecal Centrifugation/Intestinal Parasite examination 
Vaccine: DHLPP #3 (Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo/Parainfluenza/Lepto)
Vaccine: Rabies, 1year (includes tag & certificate)
Continue Heartworm Prevention,  single dose
Discuss Spay/Neuter and any other behavior/health/training concerns

• The package is spread out over four visits in order to make budgeting for puppy care easier and more predictable. Declining certain services at each visit does not change the price of the package or visit. 

• Puppies must be three months or younger at the start of preventative care.

• The Lyme vaccine is optional and will be recommended based on the lifestyle of your pet. 

• Each visit is a scheduled appointment with the doctor and will give you ample time to discuss any questions or concerns. We feel that this is important in giving your puppy the best possible start to a healthy life. 

• Payment is due at the time of each visit. 

• The Puppy Wellness Package does NOT include: 
  -flea control
  -additional doses of heartworm prevention beyond the single does at each visit
  -lyme vaccines - these are optional based on your pet's needs/lifestyle
  -spay or neuter surgery
  -medical care for any injury or illness conditions beyond what is outlined in the package
